Our project management process for foundry systems can be broken down into three unique phases:
Phase 1: Primary Engineering
A project manager is assigned and begins working on a timeline. Key team members arrive on site to evaluate and begin rough concepts. Essential information, such as layout concepts and budget estimates, are developed and revised.
Phase 2: Detailed Engineering
The project manager evaluates multiple supplier proposals and then sends the most suitable proposals for your approval. We vet different equipment and take your system from a concept to finalized construction & fabrication drawings.
Phase 3: System Implementation
We begin the construction and installation process with a construction manager on-site for the project’s duration. Equipment is installed and tested, and the customer is provided with spare parts and essential documents.
